ESSEX, United Kingdom, 3 SEPTEMBER 2025 – Vitale Productions Limited, Press – Vitale Productions Ltd (“Vitale”, “we”, “us, “our”), an Essex based production company, is delighted to announce its new stage production entitled Supply™ and as part of its effort to encourage high quality, original stage plays created in and premiering locally in Essex.
Supply™ is a sophisticated, “fly on the wall” political satire set in an Essex, East London border school explained playwright, Vitale Managing Director and Chelmsford, Essex resident Daniel Cocklin. “The show aims to reveal with caring and wit, the chaotic underpinnings faced by educators trying to rescue an unsalvageable system.”
“The show features a cast of nine that couples satire with modernized British kitchen-sink style realism that, we believe, has never been more relevant and powerful.”
Mr. Cocklin explained further: “A female led cast, Cara, a supply teacher, knows the “ins and outs” of the school bureaucracy and her political survival skills keep things from crashing down whilst saving an entrenched group of colleagues from themselves.”
Vitale, now in its third year, has successfully created and adapted very well regarded content programme formats and decided to embark on a label for well crafted stage plays in light of incredible demand for regional stage tours.
Supply™, the stage play, is adapted from the well regarded Head of House™ television programme format from the U.S. that Vitale adapted for the U.K. market and originally submitted to Channel 4 in 2022.
“We’re hopeful to complete our current casting of Supply™ in the next few weeks. If things go well and we achieve our tour finance plan, Vitale aims to premiere in 2026 at an Essex theater that has an open call availability.” Mr. Cocklin stated.
